Meet Our Team!

Tom Weaver: With an extensive 41 year auto repair career, Tom started working on cars and trucks at the age of 14. After nearly two decades of car and drag boat racing, Tom opened his own shop that had a successful 12 year run before joining the team at Advanced Auto Livermore in 2007. Along with his long time loyal customers, Tom has assembled a talented, highly trained team of technicians. Tom believes in his auto repair philosophy and brings it to work every day.

Dave Houston: Third in generation to enter the automotive field, Dave started working on cars with his dad before he was able to drive. His father worked his high school years away in a tire shop before beginning a long career in Sear's Automotive department where he retired as manager. His grandfather, the first generation, began a long career at Cadillac, and about the same time his maternal grandfather was also setting up his own successful auto repair shop in Hayward.

Dave's auto career kicked off in high school and continued through college where he entered college to study electronics. Upon graduating, He went on to teach for three years at the very same school before opening the doors of Advanced Auto Livermore in 1989.
